New Life Counselling located in Toronto, Ontario under the clinical direction of Jay Pasternack, H.S.C., since 1989 has dedicated its efforts to helping individuals, families and communities in their pursuit of developing happier and healthier lifestyles.

Our staff is composed of a dedicated team of diverse professionals, with experience and training in chemical dependency and related addictions. This includes Addiction Medicine Specialists, Alcohol and Drug counsellors and Relapse Prevention Specialists.

Many of our staff are themselves in recovery and have credentials of the heart and through personal experience, understand the recovery process. Currently our main office is located at 4211 Yonge Street Suite 302, with a number of additional meeting sites across the GTA.

We counsell a range of clients including youth, adult and families. As a service provider in the community our expertise is often called upon to present workshops for the community and the Greater Toronto secondary schools system.
